Adding Workspace Skills to your Third Party Allowlist
If third-party app access is blocking anyone from signing into Howdou. This page explains the changes that are rolling out - but the quickest solution to fix this is:
(a) Press Request Access on the error message
(b) Someone with Google Admin Console Access - head to Apps Access Control and you should see Howdou on the "Apps Pending Review" List - and you can then approve it for use.
If you are the user who experienced the block message - it may also be that your age settings are incorrect - as (in theory) it's normally Under 18's who are blocked.
Allowing Workspace Skills in the Admin Console
As an admin, it is important to allow Workspace Skills (Howdou) so that your users can access the tutorials. To do this, please follow these steps:

Go to the Google Admin Console.

Click on Security in the left-hand menu, then Access and Data Control, then API Controls

Click on Manage third-party app access, then Apps Pending Review (alternatively you might find it, under Configured Apps or Accessed Apps).

Search for Howdou and click on it.

Please check it there and make sure the app is configured as Trusted.

Optionally, you can select the Organisational Unit you wish to have using the app.
Once you have completed these steps, your users will be able to access Workspace Skills tutorials from the Google Classroom assignments.
